Our services are hosted on Kajabi. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services to you.

The Agreement
This agreement is made between you (“Client”) and CONTRACTOR- Globalyzed B.V (“Contractor”) (collectively as the “Parties”)

The Parties have agreed that the Client would like to retain the Contractor to serve as a Career Coach.

The Parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services & Warranties

The Parties shall perform the Services described in this Agreement.

Contractor will perform the services and deliver on:

i) A detailed and well thought through resume that is ATS compatible, and fully customizable in Word and PDF versions
ii) A fully customizable cover letter template that can used for any position and company
iii) An attractive SEO-optimized and keyword-rich LinkedIn profile that will be a lead magnet for recruiters and headhunters.
iv) Job search support and coaching as stipulated in the selected package from the proposal.

Contractor has the full and unrestricted right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement, perform the Services, and grant the rights granted herein;
Contractor has no other agreements with any other party that would conflict with this Agreement;
Contractor is not authorized to enter contracts or agreements or create obligations on behalf of the Client to third parties unless otherwise indicated by the Client, in writing.

Client will perform the services and deliver on:

i) Trust and commitment to the process
ii) Take action on job applications as requested by the contractor.
iii) Take action on LinkedIn connections as requested by the contractor

Client has the full and unrestricted right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement, perform the Services, and grant the rights granted herein;
Client has no other agreements with any other party that would conflict with this Agreement

All elements of text, images, or other artwork provided by the Client to Contractor:

i) are either owned by Client or Client has obtained all necessary permissions or licenses for their use
ii) do not infringe on the rights of any third parties, including trademark rights;

Client is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and propriety of all information provided by Client to Contractor.

2. Relationship of the parties

It is understood by the Parties that the relationship established by this Agreement is one of an independent contractor and not an employment relationship, joint venture, partnership, or otherwise.

Disclaimer
It is understood by both the Client and the Contractor that the Career Coaching program requires joint efforts between the two parties and all actions are performed with an aim to enable the client to get a job.
It is not in the control of the Contractor to get a job for the Client by the end of the Career Coaching Program
