Caroline brings over 20 years of rich experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Recruitment, HR Projects, and Technology Training within global corporations in The Netherlands. With a deep-rooted passion for aligning organizational strategies with the growth and development of individuals, she has thrived in roles ranging from HR Manager, Regional Technology Training Manager, Technology Trainer, Executive Assistant, and Career Coach & Consultant, nurturing talent and fostering success across diverse teams.

If you have you relocated from your home country to Europe as a student, spouse or child of an expatriate, relocated for love and family reunification or for any other reason and you are looking for your first job in your new home country, we can help! If you are you at a crossroads in your career and need help figuring out which career opportunities are out there that will work for you, we can help!
We have a 6 months payment plan of EUR 450 per month = EUR 2,700. IMPORTANT NOTE: By choosing the instalment payment plan, ensure that you pay your dues. We have partnered with an external debt-collecting company that will take over your debt and follow up directly with you in the case where payments are not made as per the agreement
You will continue with the remaining payments to complete the total cost of the program. The full cost under the payment plan is EUR 2,700. We offer this monthly payment option to make the coaching program more accessible to our clients.
Simply provide us with your current CV (no need to update it), enroll in the coaching program, and commit to the process. From there, our team will handle the rest.
Coaching is a collaborative (2-way) process where we (at Invisible Talent) and you (the Client) work closely together towards our shared goal of securing a great job offer as soon as possible. Certain steps will require your active participation and focus. From experience, the process is most successful when the client proactive, is fully committed and part of the whole process.
While we cannot guarantee a job, we can confidently say that working with us will significantly increase your chances. Our strategies have helped over 400 clients, with an 85% success rate—meaning 85% of our clients secured a job either during the program or shortly after.
The Land Your Dream Job Coaching Program lasts for 6 months, with the option to renew your access if you wish to continue after that period.
After completing your payment, you will receive your agreement to sign, officially starting the onboarding process for the coaching program. You will also receive a welcome guide and an onboarding form, containing all the necessary information to begin preparing your documents. Once that is complete, we will schedule our first call to kick off the project.
