This isn’t a replacement for our comprehensive Land Your Dream Job package, which remains our flagship offer. Instead, the 4-Week Career Coaching Package is a special, limited-time revival of our original, highly successful coaching format. How it Works

Week 1: Set-Up & Foundation Building

We kick things off with a 1-on-1 Career Strategy Session to deeply understand your background, goals, and define your personal brand. Based on this, our Job Documents Expert will overhaul your professional job documents, including a European-standard CV, a customized cover letter template, and an optimized LinkedIn profile, all delivered in editable formats for your review.
We'll also set up your personalized Job Applications Tracker and give you immediate, 24/7 access to LINDA, our e-Coaching Platform, packed with modules on interview preparation, salary negotiation, and more. You'll have LINDA access for 6 months!

Weeks 2–4: Job Applications, Coaching & Execution

This is where the action happens! You'll be assigned a dedicated Job Search Strategist (JSS) who will apply for 200 highly relevant, customized job applications on your behalf. We'll also expect you to apply for 200 jobs yourself, aiming for a combined 400 quality applications to quickly generate interview opportunities.

Weeks 2–4: Job Applications, Coaching & Execution

As interview invitations roll in, our Career Coach, will provide live, on-demand one-on-one coaching sessions to prepare you thoroughly and offer real-time debriefs. You'll also join up to four "Rise & Align" weekly Saturday Group Coaching Sessions to share progress, discuss challenges, and receive live strategic updates. Plus, you'll gain lifelong access to our private Invisible Talent LinkedIn Community, a valuable network for market insights, job leads, and success stories.

Post-Program Support: What Happens After 4 Weeks

Even after the active coaching phase ends, you'll continue to benefit! You'll retain LINDA platform access for 5 more months, ongoing membership in the Invisible Talent LinkedIn group, and inclusion in our mailing list for career trends and event invitations.

Should you need more support, you have optional pathways: enroll in an additional 4-week coaching cycle for EUR 650 or schedule one-on-one 45-minute coaching sessions at EUR 75 each. Please note, due to high client volume, we can support clients for a maximum of 8 weeks total.

We cannot guarantee: a job offer within 4 weeks, a fixed number of interviews, or immediate results.

We do guarantee: expert-led guidance, meticulous document preparation, a clear roadmap with actionable strategies, and a dedicated team that shows up for you every single day.
