Thank you for choosing us to help you with your career. The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step and we assure you, you have made THE first step in the right direction.

Please go through and complete this Welcome Guide that we have prepared for you.

On submission you shall be redirected to your onboarding form where we shall request for all the information and files that we require from you. 

Once you submit the onboarding form, you shall be redirected to book schedule your kick off call.

Meet the team

We work as a team to directly support you through your journey. Meet the different functions that you shall interact with within the program

1. Job Document Expert (JDE)

When you submit your onboarding form, a Job Document Expert shall be assigned to your project.

The function of the Job document expert is to prepare your documents and ensure that they reflect your past experience, your skills and also present you for the future opportunities you are working to get.

2. Career Coach

The Career Coach acts as the overall support you shall have through the program. You shall meet your Career Coach at the Project Kick-Off Call phase.

The Career Coach shall also coach you on the weekly Q&A calls and the monthly group coaching calls. Coaching calls cover all topics in your career transition journey i.e career discovery phase, interview preparation, powerful positioning and job offers.

The coaching calls shall supplement the E-coaching program curriculum that you shall gain access to after the Kick Off Call.

3. Job Search Strategist (JSS)

Following the completion of new job documents by the Job Documents Expert, a Job Search Strategist shall be assigned to your project.

The Job Search Strategist shall jump-start your job application process based on the feedback you share during the kick-off call and the desired opportunities you are looking for.

The purpose of the Job Search Strategist is to get you in front of job opportunities that lead to interviews.

4. Quality Control Lead

The quality control lead ensures that everything runs smoothly on the back end from the time your onboarding form is received to when we complete the project.

You might not interact with them during your journey, but they remain available to assist you if and when required.

Our Policies

Communication Policy

Response Time.  We respond within 24-48 hours of your (client’s) needs and concerns Monday-Friday only when received via email. Delays in response times from you as a client while we wait for details will cause delays in the timeliness of service fulfillment.

Methods of Communication.  Communication with the you as a client shall be handled via Email, WhatsApp, Telephone & Zoom

Contact Person.  The contact person remains shall be introduced to you during the Kick Off Call

Calls and Meetings Policy.  
For all scheduled calls, we will wait for your arrival for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, we shall consider the call as a no- show unless you communicate prior the 10 mins. We will document this as a no-show and the call will need to be rescheduled.  Please note that rescheduled calls have a direct impact on completion timeline of your project

Support Policy

Type of support and access. Emails, WhatsApp messaging & video calls

How long does the support last: The support through this program is available for the full duration of the program; six months.

Additional Support: If additional support is needed beyond the program duration, you will have the option to resign for the program for an additional six months.

Confidentiality Policy

We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. We take your confidentiality seriously and all passwords and personal information is kept private through the time that we work together.  We also use the highest level of internet security. We advise that at the end of the program that you change all passwords to ensure that you are in control of your data and information.

File Sharing Policy

During our project, we may request files, details, or resources from you pertaining to your project. We will request these files, details, or resources before we begin and throughout the project.

We ask that you provide this information within 24 hours of our request so that there are no interruptions in handling your project.

Expectations

Coaching is a two-way process and from our experience working together with you as the client helps us to achieve better results.

What you can expect from us

Group coaching sessions with our Coaches that will give you the confidence to forge forward and pursue the extensive career opportunities all around you. These career coaching sessions will include, career discovery sessions, interview training, salary negotiation, and job offer review sessions via email, phone, or video.

A detailed and well thought through resume that is ATS compatible, and fully customizable in Word and PDF versions

A fully customizable cover letter template that can used for any position and company

An attractive SEO-optimized and keyword-rich LinkedIn profile that will be a lead magnet for recruiters and headhunters.

Jobs search support: You will have a dedicated Job Search Strategist that will search, apply and submit 50 jobs every week for the duration of your package.  

You will have direct access to your assigned Coach and your dedicated Job Search Strategist to fully support you through the program

Your success is our ultimate goal!

What we expect from you

Commit and trust the process, your success is our goal!

Participate fully in the job application process by:

  • Applying for at least 20 jobs per week 
  • Following up on LinkedIn connections made on your behalf. 

Always ask for support, we are here for you. You will always have direct access to us during the duration of your project and after. Do not do this on your own.

We do not tolerate any disrespectful behaviour from our clients towards our team. It is very important for us to have a healthy, professional workspace where both clients and our team members feel safe and valued, performing work that is meaningful to all parties involved. 

How it Works

Booking
This phase is complete once you sign the contract. A project is considered booked once payment is made and the contract is signed.

Onboarding
You are currently in the onboarding phase. At this step, you need to submit this Welcome Guide after which you shall be directed to the onboarding form.

Project Kick Off
On submission of the onboarding form, you shall be redirected to book the kick-off meeting for your project. The project Kick - Off call is where we get to meet and discuss your career to date and your aspirations. It gives us a better understand of you and where you want to go.

Document Preparation
We now have all the information we need following the project kick-off call. Your project shall be assigned to a Job Document Expert who shall create your CV, Cover Letters and Linked In profile. Document preparation takes 3-5 working days.

Fulfillment
In this step, 3 things happen: Your project is assigned to the Job Search Strategist who shall start on the application process with a target of 50 jobs per week. With the application strategy we use, we have seen interviews come in faster through this process. The job search strategies will assist you with job applications for the 1st month. You shall pick up the process after the learnings for the rest of the 5 months. You shall gain access to the E-Coaching program, our curriculum for this program. You shall gain details to attend the weekly Q&A sessions and monthly coaching sessions that take place via zoom

Wrap Up & Offboarding
This phase is triggered by either the end of the 6 months duration OR when a client closes on an offer. Once the program duration lapses you can expect to be offboarded from the program.
